Triftji Bump Bash

2005 was already the 20th anniversary of the legendary Triftji Bump Bash Freestyle Competition! It is one of the most important events in freestyle skiing – the biggest mogul skiing competition in the world, in a unique and fantastic freeskiing area. It is an outstanding event!
Zermatt, Switzerland romantic and beautiful as well as a terrific skiing resort, awarded as a member of “Best of Alps” is the host city.
An event for everybody! If you like sports and enjoy fun and parties come and join us! More than 25.000 excited visitors, tourists and of course participants will be in Zermatt during this 4- day event around Easter. You have to be there!
Everybody can participate! The Triftji Bump Bash splits up into professional and amateur competitions. Olympic competitors and Swiss masters will be the pro participants. Amateurs can use just everything that slides such as boards, skis, telemark or whatever. Qualification runs take place during Thursday and Friday to qualify for the final race on Sunday. The winners' award ceremony will be followed by a spectacular party with live acts and international DJs.
